1. What we collect
- Doctors: name, qualifications, BMDC / registration number, specialty, chamber address, district, thana, phone, email, chamber photo, NID and certificate documents (where provided).
- Patients: phone number (unique identifier), name, gender, date of birth, appointment history and prescriptions.
- Product buyers: shipping name, address, phone, order items and payment method.
2. How we use it
- Verify identity via OTP sent to your phone number.
- Show verified doctors in the public directory.
- Deliver appointment confirmations and reminders to doctors and patients.
- Process and ship medicine orders.
- Improve the platform, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
3. Sensitive documents
Doctors' NID and certificate uploads are visible only to the doctor and platform admins for verification purposes. They are never displayed to public visitors.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is necessary with couriers, payment processors (e.g. bKash) and SMS providers to fulfil your request.
5. Your choices
Patients can update or delete their profile from the patient dashboard. Doctors can request profile edits from the doctor dashboard (subject to admin approval). To fully delete an account, contact us.
